1) Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Agenda Exporter for Google Calendar and our website at https://agendaexporter.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the product or website.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Agenda Exporter for Google Calendar.

3) License & Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Agenda Exporter for Google Calendar for your internal business or personal use. You agree not to (a) use the service to violate laws or rights of others, (b) reverse engineer or attempt to access source code except as permitted by law, or (c) bypass security, authorization, or rate limits.

4) Plans & Payments

Pricing and purchase flows may be handled by third-party services (e.g., payment processors). You are responsible for any taxes or fees. Any pricing shown on our website is informational and subject to change.

5) Third-Party Services

Agenda Exporter for Google Calendar interacts with Google services (Calendar, Tasks, Docs, Sheets) via OAuth. Your use of those services is governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policies. You may revoke access at any time from our app or your Google Account settings.

6) Content & Data

• You retain any rights to your content (e.g., calendar data). We do not claim ownership of your Google data.
• We process your data solely to provide exports you request. CSV/XLSX files are generated in-memory and streamed to you; Docs/Sheets are created in your Google Drive.
• We may store minimal metadata (e.g., selected calendar IDs, date ranges, job status/logs). We do not store event/task contents by default.

7) Intellectual Property

Azuero Technology and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to Agenda Exporter for Google Calendar, the website, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

8) Disclaimers

Agenda Exporter for Google Calendar and our website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azuero Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of Agenda Exporter for Google Calendar or our website.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Azuero Technology from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Agenda Exporter for Google Calendar or violation of these Terms.

11) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Agenda Exporter for Google Calendar and the website at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

12) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of your chosen jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue and jurisdiction shall reside exclusively in the courts located in your chosen location.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms at https://agendaexporter.com/terms/ and update the “Last updated” date.
