This Privacy Policy explains how Azuero Technology (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with Agenda Exporter for for Google Calendar and the website located at https://agendaexporter.com.

1) Information We Process

• Google OAuth credentials: When you connect your Google account, we store your OAuth credentials (e.g., access/refresh tokens and related metadata) in our database, tied to your authenticated user account. We use them solely to access Google Calendar and Google Tasks for the export features you initiate.
• Export configuration: We store minimal selections you make (e.g., date ranges, whether to include events/tasks, chosen calendars’ IDs) to run and audit your export jobs.
• Operational logs: For each export we record basic operational messages (e.g., “Events: N”, “Tasks: M”, status changes). We do not log event titles or descriptions by default.
• Website analytics & cookies: We may set strictly necessary cookies such as session cookies (sessionid), CSRF protection (csrftoken), and an optional “buy” token cookie (e.g., buyer_token) to avoid duplicate clicks. See “Cookies”.
• Support/Contact: If you contact us, we receive the information you provide (e.g., name, email, and message).

2) What We Don’t Collect by Default

• We do not collect your Google account password.
• We do not permanently store the contents of your calendars or tasks on our servers. Event/task data is fetched to fulfill your request and then discarded after the export is produced.
• We do not store your CSV/XLSX exports on our server; they are generated in-memory and streamed to your browser for download. If you choose Google Docs/Sheets, those files are created in your Google Drive.

3) How We Use Information

• To run your exports (Docs, Sheets, CSV, XLSX) from Google Calendar and Tasks on the date ranges and calendars you select.
• To maintain service reliability and security (e.g., rate limits, error diagnostics) and to improve product experience.
• To respond to support inquiries.

4) Cookies

We use minimal cookies required for the site to function (session, CSRF). We may also set a simple “buy” token to prevent duplicate purchase clicks. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may impact core functionality.

5) Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers (e.g., hosting) under confidentiality obligations, or if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

6) Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7) Data Retention

• OAuth credentials: Retained until you disconnect your Google account or your account is deleted. If tokens become invalid or are revoked by Google, they will no longer be usable.
• Export logs: Retained for operational and auditing needs for a limited period (e.g., up to 90 days) unless a longer retention is required by law or for security.
• Support messages: Retained as long as necessary to provide support or comply with legal obligations.

8) Your Choices & Data Deletion

• Disconnect Google: You can revoke and delete your stored Google OAuth credentials at any time from the app (e.g., “Disconnect Google”). Once disconnected, we can no longer access your Google data.
• Account & data removal: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at support@azuerotechnology.com.

9) Children’s Privacy

Our product and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at https://agendaexporter.com/privacy/ and update the “Last updated” date.
